Madhya Pradesh- The Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education (MP DME) has released a user manual for profile creation and registration for Foreign medical graduates (FMGs) for Clinical Clerkship/Internship Counselling by the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.
Foreign medical graduates who are willing to do clerkship/internship in Madhya Pradesh state must complete the creation and registration process of MPMC-FMG Clinical Clerkship/Internship Counseling of December 2023 through the link given in the user manual. After clicking on the link candidates have to click on “MPMC – FMG Counseling Clinical Clerkship/Internship”.
PROCESS OF PROFILE CREATION
STEP-1- Please click on the “Create Profile” option.
STEP-2- Enter the FMGE Roll Number and Secret Key and Captcha then click on the “Create Profile” button. Please refer to the important note given on-screen regarding the creation of the Secret Key. Then click on the “Create Profile” Button.
STEP-3- The candidate’s details will be published on screen. Please enter personal details and contact details, then upload a passport-size photograph and signature, select the declaration box and then click “Proceed”. (Note- Please enter the mobile number which will be used during counselling, as OTP and related messages will be sent to the same number.)
STEP-4- Enter the OTP received on your Mobile Number/Email ID and create a new password. Then click on the “Validate and Save” button.
STEP-5- After clicking on the “Validate and Save” button, a message will pop up on the screen.

PROCESS OF REGISTRATION FOR MPMC FMG COUNSELLING
STEP 1- The candidate's status tracker will show the profile green and then the profile will be created successfully. Now click on “Registration Form”.
STEP 2- The registration form will open. Please fill in the required details as per eligibility like:- Residence details and eligibility details are ready to be filled in the registration form. After filling out the form if the candidate is satisfied with the filled information, then the candidate should click on the “Save Data” button.
STEP 3- Please upload documents, after that click on the Save Enclosures button.
STEP 4- After clicking on the “Save Enclosures” button, the information submitted by the candidate will be displayed on the screen. If the information is correct, click on the “Proceed to Payment for Registration” button, otherwise, go for the “Back to Registration Form” button to correct the details.
STEP 5- Kindly choose the online payment gateway and pay the Registration Fee.
STEP 6- After successful payment of registration, the receipt will be generated. The candidate may take a printout of the same for future reference.
Lastly, it should be noted that, after paying the registration fee, candidates will be able to download the registration receipt and the candidate registration tracker will turn green. Meanwhile, if candidates want to edit their registration details after payment then they can edit their details through the edit registration form option within the registration closing date.
Foreign medical graduates who are willing to undertake clerkship/internship in the state of Madhya Pradesh are required to fill out the online form through the link given in the notice as per schedule to be considered for internship training. Applications will be accepted only on a proportionate basis based on the total number of seats available in medical colleges in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
