The recruitments for the posts of senior residents and tutor residents will be made through an entrance test, thrice a year in November, March, and July. The Principal of the concerned medical college will issue a teaching experience certificate to the senior residents and tutor specialists and the certificate will remain valid for considering promotion or appointment as an Assistant Professor. The policy further states that no senior residents or tutor residents will be allowed to shift to any other institute without resignation from the former institute.
