Chhattisgarh:The Director of Medical Education, DME Chhattisgarh, has released the allotment list for the third round of counselling forMBBSandBDSadmissions 2025. Following this, the counselling body is conducting the scrutiny and admission process from today. According to the notice issued by theDME Chhattisgarhin this regard, the scrutiny and admission process is starting today, i.e. 06th November 2025 and will end on 08th November 2025. Below is the detailed schedule- PROCESS DETAILS DATE & TIME Scrutiny and admission starting date and last date (Physical Mode/Offline Mode). November 06, 2025, 11:00 AM to 08 November 2025, 04:00 PM Starting date and last date of admission in the allotted institute (Physical Mode/Offline Mode). November 06, 2025, 11:00 AM to 08 November 2025, 05:00 PM. Meanwhile, it is to be noted that the scrutiny and admission process of candidates allotted to Government Medical Colleges and Government Dental Colleges will be completed in the allotted institute. Hence, the concerned private medical colleges should accordingly arrange for their authorised officers and employees at the scrutiny site and complete the admission process. Shri Balaji Institute of Dental Sciences, Raipur Meanwhile, according to the Chhattisgarh NEET-UG (MBBS/BDS) 2025 Provisional Allotment List-Mop-Up Round list, a total of 448 candidates' names were mentioned. The list also comprises important details such as Candidate Roll No, Candidate name, Allotted Institute/Previous Admission retained, Applied Course, Allotted Program, etc. IMPORTANT POINTS 1 Admitted candidates whose seat is retained need not appear in the admission process at this stage. 2 Admitted candidates who have been upgraded and have obtained a medical certificate in the proper format are not required to undergo medical examination again at the newly allotted institute. 3 In the event of a seat being allotted to a private medical college or a seat being upgraded from one private medical college to another, the candidate will have the option of submitting a cheque along with an affidavit to pay the admission fee at the allotted private institution. Additionally, additional time will be provided until the last date of registration for the next round to submit a bank guarantee along with an affidavit. If the candidate's cheque bounces or the candidate is unable to provide the bank guarantee, their admission will be cancelled. 4 Start the scrutiny and admission process only after reviewing the Chhattisgarh Medical Graduate Admission Rules, 2025, so that you remain safe from admission-related complications. 5 Allotment to all Government/Private Medical and Dental Colleges is done by the Counselling Committee constituted by the Office of the Commissioner of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh; hence, do not get trapped in the fraud related to admission of any person/institution.
