Fire breaks out in dialysis unit of Barwani hospital

Barwani:A fire broke out in the dialysis unit of Barwani district hospital in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday, triggering panic and chaos across the premises, though no injuries were reported, an official said. At the time of the incident, one patient undergoing dialysis was safely evacuated, Civil Surgeon Dr Anita Singare told PTI. No one was injured in the incident," she added. Eyewitnesses said the fire created panic for a brief period among patients and their attendants. had earlier reported that panic gripped the Northern Railway Divisional Hospital in Lucknow's Alambagh early Monday morning after a massive fire broke out, filling the corridors with thick smoke. According to news reports, the blaze, which reportedly began around 5:30 a.m., was traced to a suspected short circuit in the CCTV server room on the ground floor.
