Andhra Pradesh: Dr YSR University of Health Sciences has opened the window for exercising web options for 1st Phase of web-based counseling for admission into MD (Homeopathy) and MD/MS (Ayurveda) courses for the academic year 2023-24. The seat matrix and the final merit list have also been released.

The candidates can exercise the web options up to 7.00 PM on 02.12.2023 through the links mentioned in the notice below. All the eligible candidates who are present in the merit lists notified on the website on 30.11.2023 are only eligible to exercise their options as per the seat matrix.

The seat allocation will be done as per the Procedure given in G.O.Ms.No.603, HM & FW (R2) Dept., dt.23.12.2004 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.13, HM & FW(F2) Dept., dt.05.02.2021.

The candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through Round-I, II & III of AACCC – PG Counselling 2023 are not eligible to participate in this counseling as per Ref.AA-11013/1/2023-EP-I, Dt.18.11.2023. If it is found that the in-eligible candidate participated in this counseling, the candidature of such candidate will be canceled and will not be permitted in further counseling.

One Time Password will be sent to the registered mobile at the time of registration and also at the time of saving Web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capitals A to Z.

A candidate can exercise any number of options. They have to opt clearly for the course they are desirous to join. Candidates must be careful while exercising options on the web and take the printout of the saved options.

Candidates will receive the allotment order after the allotment of the seat if the seat is allotted. They can download the provisional allotment order upon payment of the university fee through the payment gateway. They can log in and view the college-wise list of selected candidates on the website.

Candidates must check their final allotment, take the printout of the allotment letter from the web and report to the respective colleges on or before the date specified on the allotment letter with all original certificates and pay the tuition fee to complete the admission process, failing which the candidate will lose the admission.

The original certificates will be verified at the time of admission to the respective college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled, and action will be initiated. If the candidate slides to other colleges (i.e., affiliated colleges of Dr.YSR UHS) during subsequent Phases of counselling. The original certificates will be sent to the college concerned after the closure of admissions.

The next phase of counselling (exercising web options) will be conducted for:

  • Unfilled seats in Phase I.
  • Not reported/Not joined seats of Phase I.

University fee:

Candidates allotted a seat must pay Rs.10,100/- before obtaining an allotment letter through payment Gateway by using the online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).

Seats vacant:

164 seats are vacant for both the courses. PG Homeopathy has 94 seats and PG Ayurveda has 70 seats vacant.

  • AU Seat Matrix: 40

Ayurveda:

  • AU NET: 20
  • SUV NET: 15
  • SUV Seat Matrix: 15
  • AU Seat Matrix: 20

The final merit list has also been released. Two merit lists have been released, one for Homeopathy and one for Ayurveda. The detailed merit lists are enclosed in the notices below.
