Guwahati: The Directorate of Medical Education,DMEAssam has announced the schedule for the first round of online counselling for admission to 50 percent PG medical seats in Government Medical Colleges of Assam and Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute (BBCI), Guwahati, under the Assam State Quota for the academic session 2025. According to the official notice, online registration for counselling will be open from November 6 to November 9, 2025, followed by choice filling from November 10 to 11. The seat allotment results will be declared on November 15, 2025, and selected candidates must report to allotted colleges between November 19 and 20, 2025. As per the schedule, the PG Degree/Diploma Round 1 Counselling for 2025-26 session will end on 06th November 2025. Schedule for 1st Round Online Counselling for Admission into 50% Post Graduate Seats in Government Medical Colleges of Assam and B.B.C.I., Guwahati under Assam State Quota, session 2025 Online Registration for the counselling will be available at the official website of this Directorate from 06/11/2025 and the counselling shall be held as per schedule given below. The selected candidates shall have to get admitted in the respective allotted institutions as directed between 19/11/2025 to 20/11/2025.
