980 Medical Officers To Be Recruited Soon In Haryana: Health Minister

Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij said on Sunday that 980 Medical Officers (Haryana Civil Medical Services Group-A) will be recruited soon with an objective to ensure robust healthcare services in the state.

He added that an announcement has also been issued in this regard and applications have been invited from eligible candidates.

Mr. Vij said on Sunday that Haryana Health Department has issued an announcement for the recruitment of Medical Officers, under which 980 vacant posts will be filled. For this, applications have also been invited. He said that these officers would be kept as regular recruits in various health institutions of the state.

Similarly, he informed that out of these 980 posts:

  • 270 posts belong to General Category
  • 472 posts belong to SC Category
  • 80 posts of BC-A Category
  • 25 posts of BC-B Category
  • 133 posts of EWS Category

He said that the information regarding the benefits of reservation and application form, eligibility etc. can be seen by visiting the website of Haryana Health Department at http://haryanahealth.nic.in.
