Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College Mahe announces BAMS fee structure for 2025-26

Puducherry-Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital, Mahe, a Government of Puducherry institution, has officially announced the fee structure for its Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course for the upcoming academic year 2025-26. According to the letter issued by the institute in this regard, students admitted to the BAMS program will have to pay an Academic/Special Fee of Rs 39,000 per year, which will be collected for a total of five years. In addition, an Admission Fee of Rs 5,000 will be charged at the time of enrollment. The college has also mandated a Caution Deposit of Rs 30,000, which is refundable upon completion of the course after submission of the original challan. The letter, addressed to the Convenor of the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry, was given by the Principal of Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Mahe last month. This official update provides much-needed clarity for aspiring students and parents preparing for admissions into the prestigious Ayurveda program under the Government of Puducherry. This is the only college in South India which is funded by Department of AYUSH – Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India Meanwhile,after addressing the objections/grievances raised by candidates against the Draft Allotment List, CENTAC has published the Round 2 Provisional Allotment List for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) based Professional Courses, including MBBS, BDS, andBAMS.
