AIIMS PG Medical Courses Counselling Notice

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has informed about the conduction of the open round of counselling for admission to PG medical courses this academic year.

The online Open Round of Seat Allocation for filling up vacant Postgraduate subject/specialty for July 2020 session (after 3rd Round of Online Seat Allocation) will be held on 19.08.2020 (Wednesday).

The details of tentative vacancy in different subject/speciality after allotment in 1st/2nd/3rd round of online seat Allocation for July 2020 session and Information Brochure regarding procedure for online Open Round of Seat allocation will be available on the website i.e. www.aiimsexam.org on 5th August, 2020. Further tentative vacancy after closing date of 3rd Round of online seat allocation will also be published on 10.08.2020.

All allocation in 1st/2nd/3rd round of Allocation / Counseling for July 2020 session falling vacant by way of surrender/resignation henceforth till 1:00 pm on 14.08.2020 will be added to these and will be available for Open Counseling. The final vacant seat position in all subject/speciality will be displayed on our website www.aiimsexams.org by 5:00 pm on 14.08.2020.

Candidates who are interested to participate in online Open Round of Seat Allocation on the scheduled date will be required to register themselves online for online Open Round of Seat Allocation on the AIIMS website i.e. www.aiimsexam.org. The Online Registration will open on 05.08.2020 (Wednesday) at 11:00 am & close on 10.08.2020 (Monday) at 5:00 pm.

All candidates who have registered for online Open Round of Seat Allocation are required to complete the other formalities as published and filling choice thereafter till 17.08.2020 by 05:00 pm. After final submission/closing date and time, no changes in choice of order of preference will be allowed. All OBC/EWS candidates participating in online Open Round of Seat Allocation are required to upload valid caste certificate as per Important Notice No.75/2020 dated 14.06.2020 during online registration.

Note: Candidates will not be able to join the course without the production of printout of Registration Slip issued at the time of Online Registration and other documents.
