OJEE Releases Revised Schedule Auto-Upgradation Round Of Mop-Up Counselling For MBBS, BDS Admissions

                                    Bhubaneswar: Through a recent notice, OJEE has released the revised schedule for auto-upgradation round of mop up counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses this academic year.
Keeping in view, the extension/delay in the Mop-up Round of Central Counselling by MCC and other unavoidable circumstances, the schedule of auto-upgradation round of counselling to MBBS and BDS courses is as follows:
Activity Date
Withdrawal ( Resignation) from OJEE Counselling Process 25-03-22, 10.00 PM
Publication of Auto-Upgradation Allotment and
Downloading of Allotment Letter by Allotted Candidates 26-03-2022, 5.00 PM
Reporting (for Provisional Admission) by Allotted
Candidates at OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, BBSR 30-03-2022, 11.00 AM to
31-03-2022, 2.00 PM
Withdrawal ( Resignation) from Admission Process 31-03-2022, 5.00 PM to
02-04-2022, 4.00 PM
To be conducted after Stray
Spot Round Counselling
Vacancy Round of Central
Counselling, i.e., in the 1 st
week of April. Detailed
schedule and guidelines shall
be notified later.
The candidates must note that NEET (UG) qualified and registered candidates till second round of counselling shall be considered for auto upgradation round based on their already filled choices in the 1 t/2nd round.
Candidates who are already registered and in the merit list, but unallotted in 1st or 2 nd round and candidates who were allotted seats in 1st and 2 nd round but not reported for
admission, may be allotted a seat based on their merit.
The candidates who have taken admission in 1st or 2nd round of counselling (All India Quota) are not eligible to participate in State Counselling. (As per MCI and Hon'ble Apex Court directives)
