NTRUHS bars 191 candidates from NEET PG 2025 counselling, check details

Andhra Pradesh-The NTR University of Health Sciences has issued a notice informing about the debarment of 191 candidates from stateNEET PGcounselling 2025. As per the notice issued by the Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (DrNTRUHS) in this regard, the State Counselling for the NEET PG 2024 conducted the two Stray vacancy Rounds and one Special Stray vacancy Round under the condition that “Candidates who were allotted a seat in the Stray Vacancy / Special Stray Vacancy Round but failed to report to the allotted college shall be debarred from admission to Medical Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh for one academic year, i.e., 2025–26”. Further, as per the conditions laid down in government orders, candidates who discontinue their course after joining shall not be permitted to participate in the State Counselling process (both CQ & MQ) for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue of the discontinuance letter by the University. Hence, in accordance with the above- 1 A total of 22 candidates, who were allotted seats in the Stray / Special Stray Vacancy Rounds but did not report to their respective colleges, shall not be eligible to participate in the AP State Counselling (CQ & MQ) for NEET (PG)–2025–26. 2 A total of 169 candidates, who discontinued their courses between 01 June 2022 and the present date, shall not be eligible to participate in the AP State Counselling for NEET (PG)–2025–26 under CQ & MQ. Stating the above, Dr NTRUHS has released the list of candidates who participated in stray counselling under the competent authority quota (CQ)/Management Quota (MQ) of PG medical courses for the year 2024-25 and not reported to the allotted seat and candidates who discontinued their PG medical courses. All such candidates now are not eligible for NEET PG 2025 counselling in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Meanwhile, it is to be noted that any candidate present in the list applied for NEET PG-2025 counselling in the State of AP, such candidates' application(s) summarily rejected before the display of the Final Merit List.
