MCC Notification: Seats Remaining Vacant in Deemed Universities

New Delhi: Through a recent notification, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed about the seats remaining vacant in Deemed Universities after 31st July 2020 for the extended Stray Vacancy Round of PG Counselling 2020.

Please find attached below, the seats of Deemed Universities remaining vacant after 31st July 2020 for the extended Stray Vacancy Round of PG Counselling 2020. Those who wish to participate may kindly note that MCC of DGHS is only providing Registration and Payment Facility for candidates who could not register in earlier rounds of counselling.

However, no fresh choice filling or fresh allotment will be carried out for the extended period of counselling by MCC. Hence, it may not be considered as another round of counselling but an extension in reporting for the Stray Vacancy Round of PG Counselling 2020. The rest of the rule position remains the same.

The list of eligible candidates (newly registered) will be sent to concerned universities against the vacancies available. The candidates can directly report to the institute for allotment to be made as per merit.

The MCC had earlier informed about the reopening of registration and payment facility for deemed universities. This effect was in pursuance to the earlier notice of the MCC wherein, it was mentioned that reporting for the Stray Vacancy Round has been extended till 14.08.2020. Participating candidates are requested to make note of the following points:
