Gujarat NEET PG and NEET MDS Admission
The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the result of the 1st round of seat allotment for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission. The last rank, tentative vacancy after round 1, and details related to admission confirmation have also been released.
The result includes STUDENT NAME, MERITNO, Cat Merit, MERIT MARKS, ADM Cat, Adm Seat Type, AIQ Rank, Adm Type, Adm Round, College, and Branch. To view the results, click on the links below:
The candidates can do online payments OR payment of tuition fees at the designated branch of Axis Bank up to 17/08/2023 (03:30 pm). Reporting at the help centre can be done up to 18/08/2023 (04:00 pm). The candidate has to take an appointment at the nearest help centre. After taking an appointment, the candidate can download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the help of User ID & Password.
The candidates have to submit their original documents as follows:
- Allotment Letter of ACPPGMEC
- Tuition Fees Receipt:
- For SFI Medical OR Dental Colleges: Tuition fees receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) tuition fees.
- For Govt. Medical Colleges: Rs.1,14,000/- (fees + deposit) for Degree courses OR Rs.1,04,000/- (fees + deposit) for Diploma courses.
- For Govt. Dental Colleges: Rs. 20,000/- (fees only) for Degree courses through online/offline mode at Designated branches of Axis Bank
- All-year MBBS/BDS mark sheets
- 12 months internship completion certificate (Must be completed on or before Dt.11/08/2023)
- Copy of NEET-PG-2023 Marksheet
- Document showing Place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate-- compulsory for all candidates & Birth Certificate/ Passport--If birthplace not mentioned in School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate)
- Provisional Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical/ Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates)
- For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
- For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha ‘4’ in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 01/04/2021
- For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2021
- Copy of Passport - If Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign
- 12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)
- Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & only if birthplace is outside Gujarat)
- Photo Copy of the Disability Certificate issued by a Competent Authority (For PwD Candidates)

For NRI Candidate: The candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category, he/she has to deposit Rs. 10.00 lakh by Online or by cash or by Demand Draft in favour of “ACPUGMEC” payable at Gandhinagar at branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC. The candidate has to confirm the allotted admission by submitting original documents at the help centre of GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar only. After confirming the admission in the NRI category, the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other foreign currency on or before 21st August 2023 at the admitted institute. ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs 10.00 lakh after the completion of the whole admission process.
Steps to follow to confirm the admission
- Open the website for PG admission: https://www.medadmgujarat.org/pg/home.aspx
- The candidates need to login to their account
- Check Allotment status:
- If a seat is not allotted: Wait for the next round
- If a seat is allotted: Then follow the below-mentioned process
- Print the Allotment letter and take an appointment at a nearby help centre from your log-in (For NRI candidates, Undergraduate passed from Out of Gujarat/Out of India candidates & Other Special categories candidates are given an appointment at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only).
- Print fees challan (for all students) & do online payment through the ACPPGMEC portal.
- Go to a nearby designated AXIS bank (fees can be deposited by means of Cash or DD only).
- If the candidates have paid fees at the Bank counter, collect fees receipt provided by AXIS bank and also, their fees challan stamped by AXIS bank.
- Visit the selected help centre for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fees receipt and challan certified by AXIS bank.
- Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) appropriate size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fees receipt.
- Collect admission order signed and stamped by a nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds.
The last rank list has also been released. Two separate seats have been released, one for NEET PG and one for NEET MDS. The detailed lists are enclosed in the notice below.
Tentative vacancy after round 1
A total of 370 seats are tentatively left vacant after round 1. NEET PG has 290 seats, and NEET MDS has 80 seats vacant.
