New Delhi- The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the AIQ and State schedule for the Special Stray Vacancy Round of the NEET MDS counselling 2024 for All India Quota/Deemed/Central/State Quota after the reduction in qualifying percentile.

The MCC notice states, "As per Letter No. V.12025/84/2024-DE dated 17.09.2024, the qualifying percentile for MDS Courses for NEET MDS Counselling 2024 has been reduced by 21.692 across all categories by MoHFW."

In this regard, the fresh schedule for the Special Stray Vacancy Round is as follows:

14th October, 2024 to 16th October, 2024 (up to 03:00 P.M of 16.10.2024 as per the server timing) *Payment facility will be available till 06:00 PM of 16th Oct., 2024 (as per Server timing) 14th October, 2024 to 16th October, 2024 (Choice filling available from 14th Oct. upto 08:00 AM of 17th Oct., 2024) Choice Locking will be available from 08:00 PM of 16th Oct., 2024 up to 08:00 AM of 17th Oct., 2024 (as per Server timing) 17th October, 2024 18th October, 2024 19th October 2024 to 25th October, 2024 (up to 05:00 PM as per the Server timing)

For ensuring faithful obedience of time schedule and also keeping in view the limited time available for conducting counselling, all participating institutes/colleges are directed to treat all Saturdays/ Sundays and Gazetted Holidays as working days.

The special stray vacancy round for state counselling will begin from October 15 and will end on October 18th.
The last date of joining is October 25th.
"Candidates already holding a seat/ joined through AIQ or State counselling including private/Deemed quota seats are not eligible to participate in Special Stray Vacancy Round of MCC," the notice added.
