NEET and NEET PG Counselling 2021 Extension Notice

New Delhi: Through a recent notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has informed about the extension to the mop-up round of NEET and NEET PG Counselling 2021 with respect to MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB admissions this academic year.

All the concerned candidates are advised to take note of the following schedule as released by the MCC in view of the extension:

NEET PG Counselling:

In reference to many requests being received from candidates, MCC of DGHS has extended the Schedule for Mop-up Round of PG Counselling as follows:

  • New Registration available up to 05:00 PM of 19.03.2022.
  • Payment of Registration Fee available up to 07:00 PM of 19.03.2022.
  • Choice locking will commence at 03:00 PM of 20.03.2022 and continue till 11:55 PM of 20.03.2022.

Recently, 7 PG medical seats have been added from Santosh Medical College to the MCC NEET PG counselling. Earlier, 26 seats were added to the already total of 6,266 MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB seats available for NEET PG Counselling candidates participating in the mop-up round being conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee, MCC under DGHS.

NEET Counselling:

In reference to many requests being received from candidates, MCC of DGHS has extended the Schedule for Mop-up Round of UG Counselling as follows:

  • New Registration available up to 05:00 PM of 19.03.2022.
  • Payment of Registration Fee available up to 07:00 PM of 19.03.2022.
  • Choice locking will commence at 03:00 PM of 20.03.2022 and continue till 11:55 PM of 20.03.2022.

Recently, 50 MBBS seats have been added to the MCC NEET counselling from the UP based Santosh Medical College. Earlier, 72 UG seats had been added including 57 MBBS and 15 BDS seats to the already 4,124 MBBS, 1,909 BDS, and 252 BSc Nursing seats available for the mop-up round of AIQ NEET counselling being conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee under the DGHS (MCC).
