New Delhi:The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has revised the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Super Speciality (NEET SS) exam dates for the academic year 2025. According to the notice issued by the NBEMS in this regard, now theNEET-SS 2025exam will be held on December 27 and 28, 2025. However, the exam was previously scheduled for November 7 and 8, 2025. The rescheduling has been approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). This change is applicable to all candidates intending to appear for NEET-SS 2025, which serves as the entrance examination for admission to DM, MCh, and DrNB Super Speciality courses across India. “NEET-SS 2025, which was tentatively scheduled to be held on 7th and 8th November 2025, shall now be conducted on 27th and 28th December 2025. This has approval from NMC and MoHFW”, the notice read. The information bulletin will be notified shortly. The NEET-SS examination is a national-level qualifying and ranking test that determines admission to various super-speciality courses in medical institutions across the country. It is conducted annually by NBEMS as per the guidelines approved by NMC and the central government.
