Madhya Pradesh: NEET UG Admissions

The Director of Medical Education (DME MP) is going to begin the 2nd round of counselling for NEET UG admissions from 22.8.2023. The last date for admission, degradation, and resignation for 1st round candidates has also been extended.

Detailed Schedule

  • Publication of Vacancy chart & Eligible Candidates list for Second Round: 22-08-2023
  • Fresh choice filling & choice locking: 22-08-2023 to 24-08-2023 (12:00 Midnight)

    (Compulsory for all candidates who want to participate in the second round, including admitted candidates of the first round who have opted for up-gradation.)

  • Allotment Result of Second Round: 28-08-2023
  • Reporting at allotted Medical/Dental college in person for document verifications and admission: 29-08-2023 to 03-09-2023 (06:00 PM)
  • Willingness for upgradation for MOP UP Round: 29-08-2023 to 03-09-2023

    (By admitted candidates of the second round and candidates of the first round who opted for upgradation in the second round through candidate's login - 12:00 Midnight)

The candidates note that a seat leaving bond will be applicable if a candidate wishes to resign. Resignation will be at admitted college level. Choice filling and locking done in the first round will be considered null and void.

Round 1 Admission, Degradation, and Resignation

As per the published schedule for the first round of State counseling, the last date for admission, degradation, and resignation is 14.08.2023. In view of the allotment result date for 2nd round of All India counseling which is 18.08.2023, the last date for admission, degradation, and resignation for the candidates participating in State UG counseling first round is being extended till 19.08.2023 (07:00 pm).

Candidates who have been admitted to State 1st round counseling and are also participating in All India 2nd round counseling are advised to remain present in the medical/dental college where they have been admitted so that they do not face any difficulty if they wish to resign.
