Madhya Pradesh PG Medical Courses Counselling Schedule

Through a written notice, the Director of Medical Education (DME) has released the counselling schedule for PG medical courses for round 2 and the MOP UP round.

Round 2 Counselling Schedule

• Round 2 Allotment Result – 3rd March 2022.
• Reporting at allotted college in person for documents verifications and admission – 5th March 2022 till 9th March 2022, 5:00 pm.
• Willingness for upgradation for MOP UP round by admitted candidates of round 2 and candidates of round 1 who opted for upgradation in round 2 through candidate's login - 5th March 2022 till 9th March 2022, 5:00 pm.

As per DME, a seat leaving bond will be applicable if a candidate wishes to resign. The resignation will be at the admitted college level.

MOP UP Round Counselling Schedule

• Fresh registration for new eligible candidates – 5th March 2022 till 9th March 2022, 12:00 am.
• Publication of revised merit list of registered candidates – 10th March 2022.
• Publication of vacancy chart for MOP UP round - 10th March 2022.
• Fresh choice filling and choice locking for MOP UP Round (Fresh choice filling must for participants candidates in MOP UP Round) – 11th March 2022 till 13th March 2022, 12:00 am.
• MOP UP round allotment result – 16th March 2022.
• Reporting at allotted college in person for documents verifications and admission – 17th March 2022 till 21st March 2022 till 5:00 pm.

College Level Admission Against Stray Vacancies

• Publication of vacancies and list of eligible candidates for filling of stray vacancy – 22nd March 2022.
• Invitation of online application (choice-filling) by the eligible candidate on portal against vacancies – 23rd March 2022 till 25th March, 12:00 am.
• Online attendance at the institute – 25th March 2022 till 26th March 2022, 12:00 pm.
• Admission (selected candidate as per attendance merit) – 26th March 2022, 1:00 pm till 6:00 pm.

Candidates will have to fresh choice filling for round 2 and MOP UP round. Candidates who opted for upgradation and did not exercise new choice filling will not be considered for allotment and shall remain admitted in previous medical colleges for both rounds.
