NEET UG 2023 Counselling Notice
New Delhi: Through a recent notice, MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) has informed all candidates that the Provisional Result for Round-2 of NEET UG 2023 Counselling is now available. Final result will be displayed later today. Any discrepancy in the result may be immediately informed to MCC of DGHS up to 11:00 AM of 18.08.2023 through email on the Email id: mccresultquery@gmail.com.
The Candidates are further informed that the provisional result is only indicative in nature and subject to change. The candidates cannot claim any right over the allotted seat in the provisional result and the provisional result cannot be challenged before the Court of Law.
The Candidates are advised to approach the allotted college/institute only after the declaration of Final Result and only after downloading the allotment letter from the MCC website.
NEET UG Counselling Schedule
1st Round
- Verification of Tentative Seat Matrix by the participating Institutes and NMC from 20th July 2023 to 21st July 2023
- Registration/Payment from 20th July, 2023 to 25th July, 2023 (up to 12:00 NOON) only as per Server Time
- Payment facility will be available up to 08:00 PM of 25th July 2023 as per Server Time
- Choice Filling/ Locking from 22nd July 2023 to 26th July 2023 (up to 11:55 P.M of 26th July 2023) only as per Server Time
- Choice Locking will be available from 03:00 P.M of 26th July 2023 up to 11:55 P.M of 26th July 2023 as per Server Time
- Processing of Seat Allotment from 27th July, 2023 to 28th July, 2023
- Result on 29th July 2023
- Uploading of documents by the candidates on the MCC portal on 30th July 2023
- Reporting/ Joining from 31st July, 2023 to 4th Aug, 2023
- Verification of Joined candidates Data by institutes Sharing of data by MCC from 5th Aug, 2023 to 6th Aug, 2023
2nd Round
- Verification of Tentative Seat Matrix by the participating Institutes and NMC from 7th Aug., 2023 to 8th Aug., 2023
- Registration facility will be available from 9th Aug. 2023 to 14th Aug 2023 up to 12:00 NOON as per Server Time
- Payment facility will be available up to 08:00 PM of 14th Aug 2023, as per Server Time
- Choice Filling/ Locking from 10th Aug 2023 to 15th Aug. 2023 (till 11:55 PM) as per Server Time
- Choice Locking will be available from 03:00 P.M of 15th Aug. 2023 up to 11:55 PM on 15th Aug. 2023, as per Server Time
- Processing of Seat Allotment from 16th Aug, 2023 to 17th Aug, 2023
- Result on 18th Aug. 2023

Stray Vacancy Round
- Verification of Tentative Seat Matrix by the participating Institutes and NMC from 21st Sept. 2023 to 23rd Sept. 2023 (12:00 NOON as per Server Time)
- Payment facility will be available up to 23rd Sept. 2023 (till 08:00 PM) as per Server Time
- Choice Filling/ Locking from 22nd Sept. 2023 to 24th Sept. 2023 (till 11:55 PM) as per Server Time
- Choice Locking will be available from 03:00 P.M of 24th Sept. 2023 up to 11:55 PM on 24th Sept. 2023 as per Server Time

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. It allots seats online on the basis of the candidate's score in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Factors considered during allotment are merit, reservation eligibility, and the preference list submitted by the candidate.
