Maha: Minister Assures Approval For Govt Medical College In Parbhani

Parbhani: The government medical college in Parbhani will soon be recognized by the state cabinet meeting, assured District Guardian Minister Nawab Malik to the protestors on Sunday.
The Parbhanikar Sangharsh Samiti staged a protest in front of the District Collector's Office on Sunday morning against the establishment of a government medical college in Parbhani.

Malik interacted with the protesters around this afternoon. In particular, the state government has a definite positive attitude towards it, he testified.
Osmanabad's proposal was approved in the state cabinet. At the same time, the issue of Parbhani also came up. After the approval of Osmanabadkar's proposal, misunderstandings have definitely spread, he said.
However, the government will immediately approve Parbhani's proposal, followed by Chandrapur and Nashik, he further assured.
The central government has changed some policies regarding medical colleges. That policy will be approved by the Cabinet. Subsequently, the three proposals will be approved, he said.
He said that there would be no problem in giving the status of medical college to the district government hospital in Parbhani.
On this occasion, the convener of the struggle committee former MLA Adv. Vijay Gawhane lamented that the proposal of Parbhanikar, who deserves merit in all respects, is not being discussed before the Cabinet.
MLC Babajani Durrani, MLA Meghna Sakore Bordikar, MLA Ratnakar Gutte, former MP Adv. Ganeshrao Dudhgaonkar, former MP Adv. Suresh Jadhav, District Collector Deepak Mugalikar, District Superintendent of Police Jayant Meena among several others were present on the occasion.
