Maharashtra: Maha CET Cell has released the list of colleges (excluding Deemed University Colleges) that have now received the continuation/extension of affiliation. The counselling body has further released the list of colleges included in the 2nd round for the academic year 2023-2024 for NEET admissions.
List of colleges to whom continuation/extension of affiliation has been granted –
The medical colleges are divided into Govt. / Corporation, Private Un-Aided, and Private Aided. Govt. / Corporation has 32 colleges, Private Un-Aided has 21, and Private Aided has 1 college. The dental colleges are divided into Govt./Corporation and Private/Unaded. Govt./Corporation has 4 colleges, and Private/Unaded has 25 colleges.

The above 8 colleges had not received the necessary approval for admission and hence were not included in CAP-1. As per reference no.2 of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik letter dated 08/08/2023, the said colleges have been permitted by the University. Therefore the said colleges will be included in the second admission round.
Further, as per the NEET-UG-2023 Information Brochure, Clause No.9, "Seat distribution is subject to change as per instruction of –
1) Government of India
2) Respective Central Council (NMC/DCI/NCISM/NCH etc.)
3) Government of Maharashtra and
4) Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik (MUHS)".
The NEETUG-2023 seat matrix for MBBS/BDS course was declared on 31/07/2023.
