Details issued –
1. The candidates who have joined the allotted seat in the first round / second round of All India Quota will not be eligible to participate in the state counselling.

This is tantamount to blocking the seat, and it attracts a penalty; further Government shall initiate legal action in accordance with the law against those candidates who fail to be admitted to the college allotted in round 1 or round 2.
5. Already verified candidates only, those holding verification slips issued by KEA, only submission of original documents.
