Gujarat-The Director of Medical Education (DME), Gujarat, has issued an advertisement regarding the cancellation of the first round admission at the help centre, for online registration of the second round and choice filling for the undergraduateAyurvedaandHomeopathy- BAMS, BHMS courses for the academic year 2025-26. As per the advertisement, the concerned process has already been commenced and will end on 03 October 2025. The admission cancellation of the first round at the Help Centre process will end on 26th September 2025. Meanwhile, the online PIN purchase from the website of the admission committee can be done till 28 September 2025. Below is the detailed schedule- DATE & TIME Admission Cancellation of First Round at Help Centre. 23 September 2025 26 September 2025 04:00 pm Online PIN purchase from the website of the admission committee. 23 September 2025 28 September 2025 02:00 pm Online Registration. 23 September 2025 28 September 2025 05:00 pm Documents Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at Help Center. 24 September 2025 29 September 2025 12:00 Noon Second Round Choice Filling. 30 September 2025 03 October 2025 03:00 pm Display of Choices filled by candidates. 03/10/2025 04:00 pm For Online Registration, PIN can be purchased online from the official website of DME Gujarat on payment of Rs 1000/- (Non-refundable) + Rs 10,000 (Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs 11,000/-. After online Registration, the candidate has to take a prior appointment for the document verification and Submission of self-attested photocopies of Documents at the Help Centre. Candidates themselves can select the Date and Help Centre for document verification at the time of printing the Registration Slip. However, candidates who have purchased an Online PIN by paying Rs 11,000/- in Round 01 and have not done online registration/ documents verification & not submitted photocopies of documents at the Help Centre after completing online registration, need not purchase an online PIN again. They only have to do document verification & submit photocopies of documents at the Help Centre only. In the meantime, after the online application, the NRI candidates only have to submit a Demand Draft of Rs 10,000/- in favor of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar, as a processing fee at the office of ACPUGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only.
