GMCH Yavatmal On Strike Protesting Against Accused Forensic HOD

Yavatmal, Maharashtra : With the Maharashtra Association of Resident Doctors ( Central MARD) declaring to go on strike from tomorrow, resident doctors working in GMC Yavatmal have already gone on strike in support of their colleagues working in Nagpur.
Speaking to , Dr Ketan, RDA President, GMCH Yavatmal said, " We have come to hear the rumour that, the accused doctor, Dr , might transferred to either GMCH Yavatmal or IGMC, Nagpur in the district. As a mark of protest as well as to show solidarity with our fellow resident doctors, we have declared an indefinite strike since morning. "
Meanwhile, Central MARD has given time till evening for their demands to be met, failing which, MARD shall declare a state wide strike across all government hospitals in Maharashtra from tomorrow morning 8 am.
