Gujarat: 4th Stray Vacancy Round Counselling Announcement

The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced that the 4th stray vacancy (offline) round of counselling for MD/MS Ayurved & MD Homoeopathy will be conducted on 23.03.2023.

Important Instructions

No proxy and authority will be allowed in the 4th stray vacancy (offline) round. The 4th stray vacancy (offline) round is an offline counselling process, so candidates must come in person per their merit numbers' schedule. They should not leave the admission premises till instructed by ACPPGMEC Authority.

Candidate must reach the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time for counselling. All the candidates are instructed to see the vacant seats available for the 4th stray vacancy (offline) round before coming for counselling as scheduled. In any circumstances, no candidate seats will be cancelled after their 4th stray vacancy (offline) round. Authority Letter or Proxy will not be allowed for taking admission in the 4th Stray Vacancy (Offline) Round of counselling.

The candidates will be called as per the merit rank and will be allotted admission on vacant seats as well as a vacancy arises due to the upgradation of seats during counselling. During this round of counselling, the candidate will be offered a seat as per the previous closure, vacancy and merit rank. If they are unwilling to take admission to the offered seat, they can refuse it. In such a case, their previous admission will remain as it is. If the candidate wants to cancel their admission of the previous round, they can cancel it at the time of their 4th stray vacancy (offline) round of counselling. Tuition fees will be refunded at the end of the whole admission process.
