Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has issued important instructions for offline round 2 for the CPS Diploma courses counselling process. Non-reported candidate list of round 1 has also been released.
All candidates and guardians should take note that at the time of counselling of offline round 2, the candidates can take new admission OR continue their old admission OR cancel their old admission of CPS Diploma courses by appearing in counselling in person on their merit number at scheduled time and date of offline round 2 counselling.
All the candidates willing to participate in round 2 of the counselling process were asked to submit online consent. The online consent window closed today at noon. Those without online consent during the stipulated time will not be allowed to participate.
This round will be conducted through video conferencing across 8 help centres. Candidates could select the help centre for participating in offline round 2 for admission to CPS Diploma Courses at the time of consent.

After giving consent, candidates were asked to take the printout of the "Consent/Choice Form" available in "Registration Details," which shows the date and time of consent and place for offline round 2 for admission in CPS Diploma Courses. Candidates must bring a "Consent/Choice Form" during offline counselling.
All the candidates are instructed to see the vacancy status available for CPS Counselling on the admission committee's website. The admission committee will allot the seats to available vacancies. The candidate, who will remain absent at the counselling time allotted to them, will have no right to admission. Authority Letter or Proxy will not be allowed for taking admission in offline counselling.
Non-reported candidate list of round 1 has also been released. The list includes Gen. Merit no, Institute, Branch, Seat Desc, and Adm Cate. 96 candidates have non-reported as per the list issued.
