Gujarat NEET PG and NEET MDS Admission

The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) informed about the 3rd online mop-up round allotment and reporting for NEET PG and NEET MDS admission. The list of candidates who require reporting to the help center, the rank-wise results, the last rank, and the list of joined candidates through all India quota or Gujarat state quota has also been released.

Detailed Schedule

Online Payment OR Payment of Tuition Fees at a designated branch of Axis Bank – till 28/11/2022, 3:30 pm
Reporting at Help Center – till 28/11/2022 6:00 pm

Candidates note that offline payment of fees at the designated branch of Axis Bank can be made during Banking hours on working days only.

Instruction for Admission

In the third online mop-up round, admission will be given on newly added seats, non-reported seats of the second round, and subsequent vacant seats due to allotment on the above seats.
Payment of tuition fees can be made Online OR by cash OR by Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC (List of Axis Bank branches is available on the admission committee's website www.medadmgujarat.org) during banking hours (Closed on banking holidays).
Candidate has to make an appointment at the nearest help center. After making the appointment, the candidate can download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the help of a User ID & Password.

Tuition Fees Receipt:
- For SFI Medical OR Dental Colleges: Tuition fees receipt showing the paid one term (6 months) tuition fees.
- For Govt. Medical Colleges: Rs.1,14,000 (fees + deposit) for Degree courses OR Rs.1,04,000 (fees + deposit) for Diploma courses.
- For Govt. Dental Colleges: Rs. 85,800 (fees + deposit) for Degree courses through online/offline mode at Designated branches of Axis Bank
All-year MBBS/BDS mark sheets
12 months internship completion certificate (Must be completed on or before Dt.31/07/2022)
Copy of NEET-PG-2022 Marksheet
Document showing Place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate)
Provisional Registration of State Medical / Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of fresh candidates only who have just completed their internship)/Permanent Registration of State Medical/ Dental Council OR Medical / Dental Council of India (In case of old pass out candidates)
For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only
For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha '4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only as per Govt. norms issued after Dt: 01/04/2020
For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only issued after Dt: 01/04/2020
Copy of Passport - If Citizenship is Dual/ Foreign
12th Marksheet (For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat)
Domicile certificate of Gujarat state: For candidates who have done MBBS/BDS outside Gujarat & only if their birthplace is outside Gujarat)
Photocopy of Disability Certificate issued by Competent Authority (For PwD Candidates)

For NRI Candidate

The candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category must deposit Rs. 10.00 lakh Online or by cash or Demand Draft in favor of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar at branches of Axis Bank approved by ACPPGMEC. The candidate has to confirm the allotted admission by submitting original documents at the help center of GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar only. After confirming the admission in the NRI category, the candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any other foreign currency before 03:30 pm on 28th November 2022 at the admitted institute. ACPPGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs 10.00 lakh after completing the admission process.
