  • Government or SFI
  • Choice on the basis of fees

In the choice filling of the second round, choices available for candidates/allotment of seats will be carried out as per the closure of the first round. If the candidate cannot secure the allotted seat for whatever reasons, such candidate shall not be eligible to get admission in the same subject in the same institute in the successive rounds of counselling.

Options are:

  • Fill choice: to start the choice-filling process
  • Print-filled choice: after locking choices, the candidates can take the printout of their choice list

The candidates need to check annual fees and term fees. They have to pay term fees at the time of admission.

Filter choices by branch, subject, institute type, seat type, and institute. Add choices: the candidates can add an unlimited number of choices. They can move and delete their choices according to their preference. They can re-arrange their choices by serial number.

Process of Participation

The candidates (who have not been allotted any seat OR allotted seat but not confirmed OR confirmed his admission OR cancelled his admission during the previous round of admission), can participate in the 4th round, i.e., all the candidates who are included in the merit list of ACPPGMEC can participate in 4th round of ACPPGMEC except the candidates, who have secured admission in 15% AIQ/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ (MD/ MS/ (Ayurveda) and MD (Homoeopathy)) seats of other state counseling.

It is not compulsory to cancel the admission of the first, second, or third round to participate in the fourth round. The candidates who want to participate in the fourth round have to give ONLINE CONSENT for participation in 4th round; otherwise, the candidate will not be considered during the allotment process. To participate in the 4th round, the candidates have to log in to the DME website using their User ID and Password to give ONLINE CONSENT.

According to the student's merit, the seats available for admission in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds will not be available in the fourth round. Please see the Last Rank of Results of 1st 2nd, and 3rd Round on the website of DME.

The candidates can change/swap/add/delete their filled choices of the previous round. If the candidate's admission is upgraded to the new seat, they have to take print of the allotment order of the 4th Round and report to the same help center at which they reported in the previous round to get their new admission order. In case they don’t report to the help centre within the stipulated time, their new allotment is treated as cancelled. Hence, in this scenario, they do not have admission to any seat.

If the candidates who have confirmed admission to the 1st / 2nd /3rd round and have given consent to participate in the 4th round have been allotted any new different seat (upgradation of admission), the admission of the previous round will get automatically cancelled.

If the candidates who have confirmed admission in the previous round and have given consent to participate in the 4th round have not been allotted any new different seat, the admission of the previous round will be continued.

The candidate who has participated or not participated in the 4th Round, the admission of the previous round can also be upgraded in the same college and same subject by change of category (i.e., ST / SC / SEBC / EWS to General category or PwD to non-PwD seat), there is no need to report the help center for confirmation of admission.
