Jammu & Kashmir: The Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has announced the conduction of 2nd/the mop-up round of counselling (physical) for upgradation/allotment of seats for admission to 10th Based Paramedical Diploma (MMPHW/FMPHW) Courses-2023 in Government/Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K/Ladakh.
The counselling process is to be conducted from 29.12.2023 till 2.01.2024. The detailed rank-wise schedule has been released for the same.

All the interested and eligible candidates are advised to report at the BOPEE Office in Srinagar/Jammu on their respective day/date of counselling from 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. for registration and fulfilment of other formalities.

After the conclusion of the counselling for the reserved categories on 29.12.2023, the unfilled Reserved Category Seats, if any, shall be converted into open merit as per Section-9 of J&K Reservation Act, 2004 and filled up accordingly from amongst the open merit candidates. However, the candidates who may not get any seat under their reserved category can participate in the counselling process as an open merit candidate on their date of counselling subject to the condition that they are eligible under the open merit category.
The candidates who have been allotted seats during 1st round of counselling but have failed to join the allotted college shall also be eligible for 2nd /mop-up round of counselling.
All the participating candidates are advised to bring along the following documents in original for check and verification at the time of counselling –
1. Domicile Certificate.
2. 10th Class Marks Card.
3. D.O.B Certificate issued by the Board.
4. Category Certificate, wherever applicable.
5. PwD Certificate, wherever applicable.
Those candidates who have remained absent or got CNA or SNA during 1st round of counselling shall also be eligible to participate in this 2nd/mop-up round of counselling.
All the eligible candidates shall visit/attend counselling only after checking the seat matrix to be made available on the official website OF BOPEE of the Board before the day of counselling.
The candidates who have been allotted seat(s) during 1st round of counselling and have joined against the said seat/college, if interested, shall be eligible to participate in the 2nd/mop-up round for up-gradation/allotment, subject to the condition that these candidates shall have to bring along the receipt of admission fee deposited in the allotted college for check/verification during the counselling.
