AIIMS Raipur 1st Convocation

Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Raipur) is going to conduct its 1st Convocation on 7th March 2023.

Per the notice, the candidates must complete the Google convocation form. The form can be filled out till 27th February 2023. The link to complete the Google form is enclosed in the notification link below. The candidates can attend the convocation either physically or in absentia.

• Specialization (In case of MD/MS/MDS) specify None otherwise
• Roll Number
• Year/Session of Admission (MM/YYYY)
• Are You attending the 1st Convocation – Physical/ In Absentia

AIIMS Raipur is one of the SIX AIIMS healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). To correct regional imbalances in quality tertiary-level healthcare in the country and attain self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training, the PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS-like institutions in underserved areas of the country.

It was established in 2012. The entire campus accounts for about 100 acres on the city's outskirts. All-India Institute of Medical Sciences Amendment Act, 2012 replaced the Ordinance which allowed the six AIIMS-like institutes to become operational from September 2012.

Recently, a team reported that AIIMS Raipur had released the Instructions for reporting Postgraduates (MD/MS) Candidates (January 2023 session) For the Spot Round. All reserved seats will be converted to the general pool if no candidate of the allotted category is available. All candidates who would be allocated a seat in the spot round must join the allocated seat by 4.00 PM on 28.02.2023. Candidates should submit the Google registration form by 5.00 PM 27.02.2023 on the website www.aiimsnagpur.edu.in.
