AIIMS Nagpur: Instructions for Reporting of Postgraduates (MD/MS) Candidates (January 2023 Session) For Open Round

Through a recent notice, the AIIMS Nagpur has released the instructions for reporting of Postgraduates (MD/MS) candidates for the January 2023 session open round.

1. All students should get a DD of Rs.3027/- (Three thousand twenty-seven rupees only) in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur" payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting.
2. Original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies to be submitted while reporting are as follows:
   • Offer letter
   • Seat Allocation Slip
   • Final Registration slip
   • Admit card issued by AIIMS
   • Mark sheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Professional Examinations
   • MBBS Degree certificate
   • Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institute or college that the candidate will be completing the internship on or before 31st January 2023
   • Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council
   • High School /Higher Secondary Certificate /Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth (Matriculation)
   • The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
     • SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority
     • OBC/EWS Original Certificate issued by the competent authority and that have been issued within the dates as prescribed, should be in English or Hindi language. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission in Central Govt. Institution. The validity of OBC/EWS Certified shall be as follows:
       • Issuing date of OBC (NCL) certificate should be within 12.10.2021 to 13.11.2022 (both dates inclusive)
       • EWS certificate must be valid for financial year 2022-2023 and issued between 01.04.2022 to 13.11.2022 (both dates inclusive) based on income of year 2021-2022
     • Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus
3. The dates & time for Open round of reporting at AIIMS Nagpur are as follows:
