New Delhi-Through a notice, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has announced the addition of several new MBBS seats to the National Eligibility and Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 3 counselling seat matrix for the academic year 2025. According to the notice, the new seats have been added following updates received from ESIC Medical College, Joka (Kolkata) and Vels Medical College & Hospital, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu. As per the seat matrix, a total of 67MBBSseats have been added from the said Institutes. Below are the details SEAT MATRIX CATEGORY/TYPE NO. OF SEATS ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata. All India Quota – UR:1, SC:1, OBC:1, EWS:1. Added to AIQ. ESIC Quota – UR:5, OBC:3, EWS:2, SC:2, ST:1. Added to ESIC quota. Vels Medical College & Hospital, Tamil Nadu. Deemed/Paid – 42 seats; NRI – 8 seats Total 50 seats.
